Corio, the Dutch real estate giant is preparing to build Tekira, the first shopping mall in Tekirdağ. Koray Özgül, chief executive officer of Corio Turkey says the firm has reached its investment goal of $500 million and is now ready to �wear custom made shoes rather than trying to fit in a shoe.�"
