As EU foreign ministers gather for crucial talks on Turkey on Monday, the EU has called for actions, not words, from Ankara.
Officials in Brussels have said Turkish attempts to keep its EU accession bid on track need to go further.
“The burden of proof is on the Turkish side,” EU enlargement commissioner Olli Rehn told reporters on Sunday."
