I'm pretty sure that each one of you, my dear readers, perhaps during your first case of puppy love, resorted to plucking the petals off daisies. For those of you who have forgotten how to play, let me remind you how it goes. Desperately wondering whether the person you have fallen so hopelessly in love with feels the same way, you take a daisy and pluck its petals one by one, all the while alternately saying, 'S(he) loves me,' 'S(he) loves me not.' The answer is arrived at upon plucking the last petal."
