The Bush administration had a grand idea about redrawing the map of the Middle East and controlling the oil fields, which led U.S. forces into this terrible war. Now they are considering all options, including making a deal with Syria and Iran to get out of this mess.
Seeking assistance from Iran and Syria is like asking a fox to guard a chicken coop."
