BRUSSELS - The Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER) of the European Union (EU) are to continue discussions Friday of a Turkish proposal to give limited access to Greek Cypriot trade in return for opening a port and airport to international traffic on the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC)."
