The European Union (E.U) foreign ministers after their recent meeting on the issue of entry of Turkey as a member of E.U. met a deadlock. It was a failure to the attempts Turkey had been making to enter in E.U. as a member. EU members agreed in December last year to open accession talks with Turkey in October 2005. The latest talks in Luxembourg ended without
agreement on negotiating a framework to open talks with Turkey, which were due to begin on Monday. "
