"Two undersea quakes jolt Turkey

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - At least 30 people have been hurt in two strong undersea earthquakes in western Turkey.
Terrified residents ran into the streets. Buildings have been damaged.
The quakes registered 5.7 and 5.9. They ere centered about 30 miles southwest of the Aegean port city of Izmir, which is Turkey's third-largest city.
The Anatolia news agency says the injuries occurred when people jumped from windows or balconies.
Scientists warned there could be more quakes and aftershocks over the next few days and urged residents to stay away from damaged buildings."
