MILLIYET- Ambassadors of 25 European Union member countries will meet together in Brussels today. The first issue to be discussed is determining the content of a counter-declaration on the Cyprus issue. During their meeting last week, ambassadors and then foreign ministers couldn’t reach agreement on the draft. The second issue to be discussed is about preparing the framework document which is considered the roadmap of our upcoming negotiations."
