"Turkey: Palestinian state needed for peace
Ramallah, West Bank, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Ghul told the Palestinian parliament that establishing an independent Palestinian state is the right way for achieving peace.
The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, quoted Ghul as saying Wednesday, 'the policies of pressures and sieges imposed by Israel on the Palestinian territories will not achieve peace and security in the region.'"
