President Rauf R. Denktas flew to Turkey on yesterday for a series of contacts in Istanbul and in the southern city of Adana.
During his four-day visit, he will deliver speeches on the Cyprus issue at different events in the two cities.
Speaking before his departure at Ercan Airport, the President referred to Greek Cypriot press reports complaining of Britain for not having prevented the Turkish intervention in Cyprus."
