The growing traffic congestion problem in Turkey's biggest city officially became a state matter when the government decided to find ways to solve the problem through discussions between four ministries.

The interior, transportation, education and infrastructure ministries will meet to study what kind of solutions other large cities have found to overcome their traffic problems while trying to find cheap and easily applicable solutions."
