A report on high schools notes that a fraction of the students are provided with a good education while the rest are poorly educated

A World Bank report slammed the Turkish education system on Monday, arguing that it fulfilled its mission adequately with only a fraction of the student population, leaving the remainder of youngsters lacking. It proposed that secondary school be made compulsory in stages along with an overhaul of the university entrance examination."
