THE Nigerian Turkish International College,(NTIC) Abuja was established in 1998 and has been training a lot of Nigerian students since then. Its principal, Tamer Copuroglu, says the key to the development of the Nigerian education in the country lies with such private schools as the NTIC. Even though he says some of the government’s reform polices have been unpalatable to the growth of the private schools in the country, he believes that they are making their mark."
