Turkey says talking with Kurdistan Region to correct referendum 'mistake'
SULAIMANI – Turkey is continuing negotiations with the Kurdistan Region on a decision to hold a referendum on the independence of Kurdistan, the Turkish presidential spokesman said. Addressing reporters at the presidential complex in Ankara on Wednesday (June 14), Ibrahim Kalin said a referendum would deepen the issues in the country.
