How one Turkish city is adjusting to more than 100,000 Syrians

It is the beginning of August, and the Buluklu Primary School's yard is empty. I'm waiting here with a father, Recep Baca, and his son, Can, who have arranged for me to meet with a Syrian family that fled the civil war and now lives nearby.
