After the Ankara Attacks: Put Down the Smartphones

The men were counting prayer beads and talking worriedly into their cell phones. The women huddled close together, watching the updates flow in on their phone screens. At 7 p.m., they all marched through the streets of Istanbul, Turkey, out of sorrow for the loss of their comrades and to defy the government censorship and bring some sort of justice to this terrible loss of over 100 lives.
