Controversial Cizre Curfew Lifted but Violence Continues in Southeast Turkey

Turkish security forces will lift a 24-hour curfew on the predominantly Kurdish town of Cizre, the provincial governor's office announced today, after eight days of violence that have killed at least 19 people.
