Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called snap parliamentary elections on Monday, more than two months after voters deprived his Justice and Development Party, or AKP, of an outright parliamentary majority. That vote was a repudiation of his bid to transform the country into a presidential system. Now he gets a chance at an unprecedented redo.
