Istanbul hosts global energy forum

wfer2015The sixth World Forum on Energy Regulation starts today (Monday) at Lutfi Kirdar International Convention & Exhibition Centre (ICEC) in Istanbul. The four-day forum, hosted by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) and organized under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, is aimed at developing a common approach to energy regulation by bringing together regulatory heads and representatives. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Energy Minister Taner Yildiz and EMRA head Mustafa Yilmaz make opening speeches of the forum.
