With the threat of Daesh (IS) on Turkey's southern border, Turkey's foreign policy is of critical importance to European security. Tarık Oğuzlu, Professor of International Relations at Antalya International University was invited by the European Leadership Network to look at Turkey's position with NATO and its potential moves to get closer to Europe
