For All the Tea in Turkey

In Turkey, tea is downed at soccer matches, in Turkish baths known as hammams and on street corners. Sweet, dark tea served in tiny tulip glasses is everywhere: Weddings, funerals, breakfasts, in boardrooms and on mountainsides. It is not just a drink, but a national pastime. Today, Turks drink more tea per capita than any other country in the world.
