Rescued Turkish consul general describes ISIL captivity

Baku-APA. Rescued Turkish Consul General of Mosul, Ozturk Yilmaz, said the hostages managed to hide a cell phone from ISIL to coordinate with Ankara since day one of their captivity, APA reports quoting Turkish media.
