Turkish children spend over two hours daily using their mobile phones

Turkish children over six years old spend over two hours using their mobile phones every day, and spend almost two hours watching television, according to a survey conducted by the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) among over 4,000 students across Turkey.
The students, aged between six and 18 years old, spend a daily average of two hours 39 minutes with their mobile phones, while they watch television for an average of one hour 55 minutes, according to the survey, titled “Children’s Use of Media in Turkey.”
