Rebecca Seal’s enthusiasm for Turkish food is infectious. Having planned to have a quick go at one recipe in her new book, Istanbul, I ended up doing five.
If normal life hadn’t intervened, I would now be drowning in watermelon, mint, olive and cheese salad while wearing a homemade flatbread hat.
