Istanbul (dpa) - Dozens of Turkish Twitter users accused of inciting protests via the microblogging website were released from detention Thursday, as the death toll from days of anti-government protests rose to four, Turkish media reported.
Meanwhile, all eyes were on Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, currently on a trip to North Africa, as he prepared to return to Turkey after disparaging the protesters, who have accused him of being authoritarian and trying to impose Islamic values.
