The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has opened the gates at Enerjisa’s 142.5MW Bares wind farm in Balikesir, Turkey.
The project was financed by a €135m syndicated loan arranged by the EBRD and features 52 GE 2.75MW 103-metre turbines.
