Turkey arrests officials from legal pro-Kurdish BDP

Turkish security forces have arrested tens of activists and politicians in the southeastern part of the country as part of Ankara's crackdown on pro-Kurdish activists.
According to the police, the arrests were made in three southeastern cities on Saturday and that most of the detainees were local officials from the legal pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) and other civic groups.
