Rome; 7 December 2012: A top-level Istanbul 2020 delegation is in Rome for the European Olympic Committees [EOC] General Assembly to listen and learn as Olympic family delegates discuss London 2012 and the most pressing needs and priorities of the Olympic Movement in Europe.
