“Shared Virtues the Common Grounds in Turkish-Kazakh Relations

On 27 November 2012, International Strategic Research Organization (USAK/ISRO) conducted a workshop in USAK House in coordination with the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Ankara, due to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of formal ties between the two nations. The workshop, which was titled “Two Decades in Turkey-Kazakhstan Relations”, focused in detail on the current context and prospects of bilateral relations between the two countries concerned. The event was hosted by Prof. Kamer Kasim, Vice President of USAK; and the guest speaker was Undersecretary Alimkhan Yessengeldiyev from the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Ankara. A relevant photograph exhibition devoted to twenty years of high-level contacts, popular friendship and cultural proximity; was also displayed for the participants before the workshop began.
