Clinton: US 'outraged' by Syrian strike in Turkey

WASHINGTON -- The Obama administration says it is "outraged" by a Syrian mortar shell that landed on a home in Turkey, killing at least three people.
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says the U.S. is consulting its NATO ally on what she termed a "very dangerous situation."
