RES announces Turkish wind plant
UK-based RES Energy is set to construct a 48MW wind energy plant in the Black Sea province of Samsun.
RES Anatolia has acquired a licence for the wind farm in Havza. Construction is planned to start early in 2014 for operation in 2016. The company is planning to develop further solar and wind farms in Turkey and to grow its portfolio by 50MW to 100MW every year over the next 10 years.
