Hyundai aims to increase its sales in Europe by producing i10 minicar in Turkey instead of in India. According to the sources, by the end of 2013, Hyundai will increase its production capacity to 200,000 units at its joint venture with Kibar Holding of Turkey. The joint effort is mainly to build the i10 along with the i20 subcompact. By doing so, the automaker plans to create around 750 new jobs at the Izmit plant alongside 1,500 job opportunities at suppliers.
