Rebels moot prisoner swap for five snatched Turks

ARBIL, Iraq: A Turkish Kurdish rebel group with bases in northern Iraq said on Saturday it would release five Turkish nationals it kidnapped last year if Ankara would agree to a prisoner exchange.
