UPDATE: Turkey Central Bank Holds Key Interest Rate At 5.75%

ISTANBUL (Dow Jones)--Turkey's central bank Thursday held its key interest rate at a record low as expected, but increased the overnight lending rate and issued a hawkish statement in an effort to shore up the embattled lira.
