Turkish government admits caught off guard by tent demand

ANKARA
Deputy Prime Minister Beşir Atalay tell Parliament that ‘there is a certain shortage of tents’ in quake-hit Van while the Peace and Democracy Party, Turkey’s main Kurdish political movement, calls on the governor of Van to step down.
