Media: Kurdish rebels kill 5 Turkish soldiers

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Kurdish rebels attacked a Turkish army outpost on Saturday, killing five soldiers and wounding 10 in the country's southeast, the state broadcasters said. Three rebels also were killed.
The guerrillas attacked the post near the town of Pervari in Siirt province, said the state-run TRT television. Authorities were not immediately available for comment.
