"Turks more pleased with country's direction, Pew survey shows

Turkish people are increasingly satisfied with the direction of their country and a majority says the Turkish economy is in good shape, according to a survey by an international research center.
Some 48 percent of Turks said they were satisfied with the way things are going in their country, a notable improvement over last year, when 60 percent said they were dissatisfied, according to a report on Turkey published Tuesday."
