Showcasing 10 films set in the city, including '10 to 11'

TORONTO -- The Toronto International Film Festival may be hoping for a less controversial city-to-city spotlight this year with its choice of Istanbul for the September tribute.
Recall last year when Tel Aviv provided a 10-film homage at TIFF that blew up in the faces of fest organizers."
