Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday wrote back to a 9-year-old girl in Germany who had sent a 'White Peace Pigeon' bibelot and a peace message to him through visiting German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Turkish media reported."
