ISTANBUL, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Turkish shares rose while bonds and the lira traded flat, with investors still hoping the government will seal a long-awaited deal with the International Monetary Fund.
Istanbul's main share index rose 0.12 percent to 54,607, having risen one percent on Monday.
'Market participants are eager for clarity over a fresh IMF deal, while the newsflow raises the hopes on that side,' Unicorn Capital economist Ozlem Bayraktar said."
