Writing in the Turkish daily Zaman, Turkish analyst Bolant Kinich said that the visit of a large Turkish delegation to Erbil, the capital of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) last month, had 'accomplished a great success for the Turkish diplomacy, and represented a shift from a possible war toward peace.'"
