Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spent about an hour in a car outside a Zurich hotel brokering a deal between Armenia and Turkey after a last-minute dispute delayed an accord to restore relations.
Clinton’s motorcade abruptly turned tail after it arrived at the ceremony at Zurich University this afternoon, returning to the Dolder Grand Hotel. The event was delayed by a disagreement about the texts of statements to be read at signing.
