The Turkish military has declared four Kurdish provinces as 'security zones', imposing severe restrictions on entry into the areas.
Turkey's Chief of the General Staff, General Ilker Basbug, announced that the entry restrictions in the southeastern provinces of Siirt, Diyarbakir, Sirnak and Elazig will be in place for three months.
It was not immediately clear why the tight restrictions were imposed."
