Turkey's foreign minister says he hopes Armenia's president will visit this month for a World Cup soccer qualifier between Turkey and Armenia.
But Ahmet Davutoglu says a no-show by Armenian leader Serge Sarkisian would not affect the process of establishing diplomatic ties."
