ISTANBUL, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The IMF does not expect a technical team to visit Turkey during its annual meeting in Istanbul in October, a requirement for the conclusion of discussions with the government on a new loan deal, the fund's Turkey representative Hossein Samiei said on Wednesday."
