Istanbul/Ankara - Turkey's President Abdullah Gul has preemptively dismissed the imminent publication of a 'roadmap' for peace by imprisoned Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan, saying Ocalan was not a partner for peace. Ocalan, serving a life sentence for treason as the sole prisoner in an island jail, is the leader of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), and is believed to be poised to issue a peace plan."
