Turkey has extended by a full year the passport validity of Bulgaria’s ethnic Turks, thus making nearly 100,000 people eligible to vote in Bulgaria’s parliamentary elections. To this end, all holders of expired passports need simply to go to the nearest Turkish police department before July 3."
