Two countries, which enjoy an excellent bilateral relationship are Pakistan and Turkey and the people of both countries have a special bond — that of friendship and respect.
Still, when a helping hand is extended on either side, there is great appreciation of the effort. Such was the case at an event organised by the wife of the Turkish ambassador, Tulay Soysal and the ladies of her embassy and those from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). They had arranged a fund raising mini-bazaar for the internally displaced persons (IDPs) with items donated by the members of the two missions. The treat of the morning was a piano recital by Tulay, who is an accomplished pianist."
