Doubts over viability still plague planned gas pipeline.
The leaders of Azerbaijan and Turkey, and representatives of the European Union signed a declaration in Prague today (8 May) to back the EU's planned Nabucco pipeline, designed to bring natural gas from the Caspian region to markets in western Europe by 2014."
