So far, none of Turkish officials have stated that borders with Armenia will be open, Turkish Parliamentary Commission on Foreign Relations Head Murat Mercan said lively in the Turkish CNN Turk TV channel. Mercan said Turkey is interested in improving Turkish-Armenian relations, but only under the condition that the country's national interests will not be damaged and Azerbaijan will not remain alone."
